Role Overview
This role focuses on building scalable backend systems and APIs for real-world financial products. You’ll work closely with teams, understand business needs, and deliver solutions that handle large-scale transactions. It’s ideal for developers with 1–3 years of experience who want to grow in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Responsibilities
● Develop and deliver features based on business and client requirements
● Build scalable backend systems and microservices
● Design and implement RESTful APIs
● Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to understand requirements
● Debug production issues and provide technical solutions
● Review code and guide team members when needed
● Take ownership of features from development to deployment
Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
● 1–3 years of experience in software development
● Strong knowledge of programming languages like PHP, Golang, or Java
● Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
● Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
● Familiarity with frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)
● Knowledge of SQL and databases
Must-haves
● Hands-on experience with backend development (PHP/Golang/Java)
● Strong understanding of RESTful API design
● Experience working with microservices architecture
● Good problem-solving and analytical skills
● Ability to work independently and take ownership
Nice-to-have
● Experience with frameworks like Laravel, Spring Boot, or Gin
● Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
